Abstract
On the basis of practice and investigation, Mao Zedong analyzed the attributes and characteristics of the class of Chinese rich peasants and said that We must concede to the peasants consciously, We should not take the policy of eliminating the peasants too early. In the early period of our republic, the policy was pursued. However, the movement of cooperative transformation of agriculture eliminated the rich peasants. The unexpected change implies the inevitable tendency.
