Abstract
A method was studied for the determination of Be,Mg,V,Cr,Mn,Fe,Ni,Cu,Zn,Ga,Cd,Sb,Sn and Pb in aluminum alloy by microwave digestion sample and inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS).To overcome mass spectroscopic and non-spectroscopic interference effect in high TDS(total dissolved solid) solution, the plasma conditions have been developed systematically and internal standard calibration was applied without matrix matching. The correlation coefficient of calibration curve was no less than 0.999.The detection limits of the method were 0.01-0.45 μg/g(3σ,n=11).Two CRMs have been measured and good agreement was obtained between the found and certified values. The relative standard deviations(RSD) for all the elements were less than 6.7%.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
