Abstract

Objective:To observe the clinical effects of the Tramadol combined with Fentanyl for The post-operation vein analgesia for the chest surgery Patients. Methods 90 patients undergoing selective surgery and general anaesthesia were randomly divided into 3 groups,i.e.Group A(Group Fentanyl+Dexamethasone),Group B(Group Tramadol+Dexamethasone),Group C(Group Tramadol+ Fentanyl+Dexamethasone). After surgery, vein analgesia pump were installed and appropriate amounts of Tramadol, Fentanyl and Tramadol+Fentanyl were respectively administered to all these patients to study the analgesia, sedation and side effects. Results No signifcant differences in analgesia effects were observed among the 3 groups of patients when at rest(P0.05),but when in motion, the anagesia effects for group B patients were worse than the other two groups(P0.01,P0.05).Sedation for group C was appropriate, group B excessive, group B insufficiant. There were significant differences among the 3 groups of patients(P0.01).In side effects, RR in group A patients were significantly slowed down 15 min and 30 min after the medicines were administered , and there were significant differences during post-administration period(P0.05).The incidence of nausea, vomitting, dizziness and headache in group B were higher than that in group A and C(P0.05,P0.01).Conclusion: The clinical effects of the Tramadol combined with Fentanyl were satisfactory, safe and effective for The post-operation vein analgesia for the chest-operation Patients, with less negative reactions.
