Abstract
This paper researched the new technology of the rutile titanium dioxide ternary inorganic coated by sol-gel method. The regression equation and the optimum conditions are founded by uniform design and the systemetical research of various factors on the properties of the rutile titanium dioxide ternary inorganic coated.Effect of the rutile titanium dioxide ternary inorganic coated were characterized by nano-ZS,Fourier infrared spectroscopic analysis(FT-IR),scanning electron microscopy(SEM),transmission electron microscopy(TEM).The optimized formula of preparing the rutile titanium dioxide ternary inorganic coated was that the dispersant of 0.20%,the ZrO2 content of 0.6%,the SiO2 content of 3.0%,the Al2O3 content of 1.6%,the rotate speed of 340r/min.
