Abstract
This article uses virtual prototyping technology to make simulation study on a new type of Three-ring Gear Reducer.It also uses virtual prototyping technology to make simulation study on a new type of Three-ring Gear Reducer.The article uses advanced CAD/ CAE software—SolidWorks and ADAMS to build the simulation platform based on theory of Dynamics of Multibody System for the purpose of resolving the engineering problems of General Retarder design,and analyses the performance of the new Three-ring Gear Reducer.
