Abstract
The method of 3-D modeling of gear reducer based on virtual prototype technology is introduced in this paper, on this base,the design and simulation of gear reducer is studied. Generating efficiency of gear reducer is developed greatly, the develop cycle is shortened, the design quality is improved, the design cost is shortened through this method. The research results have reference value to the design and simulation of similar parts.
