Sdudy on Safety Management of Coal Mine

Abstract

Eeffective safety management can prevent and reduce kinds of accidents in coal mine,so issue the safety production of coal mine and make contribution to the safety condition of the whole coal industry.Based on the barrel theory and Maslowe Demand Theory,this article illustrated their use in the safety management of coal mine and pointed out some feasible approaches and methods for the safety manager.
