The coal mine safety management problem analysis and countermeasure discussion

In order to establish and perfect the coal mine safety management system,completely eradicate the grave accident of coal mine,and keep the coal enterprise lasting safety and stability.This paper summarizes the advanced safety management experience among the United States,Japan,Australia and Germany coal industry developed country,in view of China's coal enterprise security situation,analyzed the main problems of the current coal mine safety management,discussed methods and countermeasures of the coal mine safety management from the management system,safety supervision,safety input,process reengineering,safety culture,which will provide the reference for the construction of the coal mine safety management system.
