Abstract
The definition on interoperability of combat systems is presented,as well as the evaluation to the effectiveness of interoperability. Then,a layered index system for the evaluation to the effectiveness of interoperability of combat system is built, which is based on the AHP theory.Furthermore,a new integrated evaluation approach utilizing different types of evaluation methods is proposed.Through a basic evaluation and analysis on a simple simulation example,it is indicated that the index system and the integrated evaluation approach are practicable, and can be adapted for the evaluation to the effectiveness of the interoperability of combat systems.
