The influencing factors of testing liver fibrosis by Fibroscan in chronic hepatitis B patients

Objective Methods To observe the factors which will influcence the results of testing liver fibrosis by Fibroscan in Chinese chronic hepatitis B patients.Methods 110 cases of hepatitis B patients were divided into 3 groups according to the level of ALT.There were no difference among 3 groups in age and sex.Results TbiL and Fitness targets were significantly different between A group,B group and C group.ALP target was significantly different between A group and C group,the same as B group and C group.The targets of A group were no significant difference in different time.While some targets of other groups were different between the first and the second testing liver fibrosis by Fibroscan.There was significant correlation between LSM and ALT in B and C group.With the falling-down ALT,LSM of the most cases declined to lower than cirrhosis cut-off value 17 kPa.Conclusion When the degree of ALT was elevated about twice normal level,expecial ten times normal level,the results were affected by ALT greatly.When ALT is over normal,LSM must be dynamically detected.
