Effect Evaluation of Preoperative Combined Intervention on Operative Patients

Objective To investigate the effect of preoperative combined intervention on operative patiens.Methods 120 cases of patients with gynecological operation were randomly divided into experiment group and control group.The patients in the experiment group were applied with preoperative combined intervention and routine nursing care,while only received routine nursing care in the control group.And,observe the alteration of blood pressure,heart rate,postoperative pain and anxiety of patients before and after intervention.Results There are no difference between the two groups on the preoperative index(P0.05),while obviously statistic difference after combined intervention.And the heart rate,blood pressure and anxiety of patients in experiment group is lower than that in control group,but the pain sustain level is higher.Conclusion Combined preoperative intervention can release the patient anxiety emotion,control the blood pressure,decrease the heart rate and improve the pain threshold.Also,it plays a important role in successful operation and postoperative recovery.
