Abstract

The application of inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry for water samples(surface water, drinking water, etc.),copper, zinc, selenium, arsenic, cadmium, chromium, lead, iron, manganese and other trace elements were analyzed. The results showed that the detection limit was 0.01~0.78 μg/L,the relative standard deviation of parallel samples was 0.6% to 7.9%,and the recovery of added standards in water samples ranged from 90.5% to 103%.The method was rapid, simple, linear range and good detection limits and accuracy.
