Study on the Non-profit Transformation of Agricultural Scientific and Technological Achievements in China

Using the approach of normative research,the necessity of non-profit transformation of agricultural scientific and technological achievements was discussed theoretically.Based on the transformation status of agricultural scientific and technological achievements,problems and inhibition factors lying in the transformation process of agricultural scientific and technological achievements in China were analyzed from the aspects of joining of transformation process,personal quality and the transformation itself.Accordingly,countermeasures for promoting the non-profit transformation of agricultural scientific and technological achievements in China were proposed from the aspects of the leading function of government,construction of institution for achievements transformation and technology extension system from a non-profit view.
