Abstract

In the paper, from the characteristics of agricultural science and technology achievements transformation and by analyzing the three aspects including users risk factors, risk factors of scientific and technological achievements and risk factors in the transformation process were studied to prevent and put forward the reference basis for the establishment of the risk response way and to improve the conversion rate of scientific and technological achievements transformation and modern agriculture industry level.
