Abstract
This article analyzes the constraint factors of Chinese rural residents' consumption by evidence test,and concludes that China's rural residents' consumption not only had the main features of the demonstration effect and cling behavior,but also was affected by a variety of other factors besides income level.So there are some suggestions: Improving the government expenditure system on agriculture and promoting the rural residents' income to increase stably and sustainably;enhancing the rural residents' confidence and achieving the aim of equalization of public service;optimizing the structure of fiscal expenditures to improve the consumption environment in rural areas;promoting rural consumption growth through fiscal and financial means.
