The Effect of Family Rehabilitation Nursing on the Stroke Dysphagia

Abstract

Objective To explore the influence about family rehabilitation Nursing on the stroke dysphagia.Methods Thirty stroke patient with swallowing problems were divided into intervention group and control group randomly,the case number is respectively sixteen and fourteen.family rehabilitation nursing,particularly swallowing function training was used to the intervention group,The assessment described by Saitou was used in 7 grades.Results As compared with pre-treatment,the score of intervention group was significant improvement after treatment(P0.01).Conclusion Family rehabilitation nursing,particularly swallowing function training can significantly improve deglutition function of the stroke dysphagia.
