Effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine Rehabilitation Nursing on Functional Rehabilitation of Dysphagia in Stroke Patients

Objective To investigate the effect of traditional Chinese medicine comprehensive rehabilitation nursing on dysphagia functional recovery after stroke. Methods 70 cases of patients with poststroke dysphagia dysfunction were randomly divided into control group( 35 cases) and treatment group( 35 cases). The two groups were given conventional treatment and care of neurology, and combined with swallowing and feeding functional training, psychological care, health education and other measures. The treatment group received additionally acupoint massage. The improvement rate in the swallowing function of the two groups was compared. Results The improvement rate in the swallowing function of the treatment group was significantly higher that of the control group( P 0.05).Conclusion TCM comprehensive rehabilitation nursing care can significantly improve the swallowing function in patients with dysphagia,and is worthy of clinical nursing application.
