Practice and Consideration of Teaching Supervision of Work of Local Higher Colleges

The system of teaching supervision is an important part of teaching quality guarantee system within higher colleges.In combination with the actual development of teaching supervision work of higher colleges,this paper discusses the positioning of the teaching supervision; expounds the content and method of teaching supervision work; putting forward to strengthen and deepen the supervision suggestions from three aspects of the inevitable demand of strengthening the status and role of teaching supervision in college teaching quality assurance,perfecting the guarantee mechanism of teaching supervision in higher colleges and strengthening the research on the theory and practice of teaching supervision work etc.
