Treatment for 80 Cases of Obstructive Jaundice with YinChenHaoTang and Three Kinds of Endoscopes

Objective: To observe curative effects of YinChenHaoTang and three kinds of endoscopes in the treatment for obstructive jaundice.Method: All 170 patients were randomized into the observation group and the control group.Both groups accepted the treatment with laparoscope,duodenoscope and choledochoscope,the observation group took YinChenHaoTang after the surgery,one dose per day.Surgical success rate,surgery duration time,bed rest time after surgery,anal exhaust time,stump bleeding the incidence of complications such as incision inflammation and intestinal obstruction were observed.Result: The patients of both groups were performed the surgery successfully,surgical success rate was 100.00%.The comparisons between both groups showed significant difference in surgery time,exercise time,anal exhaust time,hospitalization time and others(P0.05).Complication incidence of the observation group was 9.41%,lower than 36.47%,the difference between both groups was remarkable(P0.05).Conclusion: Three kinds of endoscopes and YinChenHaoTang are effective in treating obstructive jaundice with the advantages of minor trauma,rapid recovery,good prognosis,short hospitalization time,fewer complications and others.
