Abstract
The scale inhibition performance of HPMA-EDTMPS compound scale inhibitor was studied. The effects of dosage of scale inhibitor, temperature, mass concentration of Ca2+、HCO3-and pH, constant temperature time on scale inhibition rate were investigated. The optimal mass proportion for the compound was 3∶1, when the total dosage of HPMA and EDTMPS was 10 mg/L, the scale inhibitionrate reached 98%.Time and mass concentration of HCO3-have little influence on the scale inhibition performance of the compound, however, the influence of mass concentration of Ca2+ was bigger.
