Improving the Rural Financial Service System: A Task in the New Countryside Construction

Rural finance is an important component of the macroeconomic financial system.Since the reform of financial system,China's rural financial development has built up a good foundation.But by analyzing the coverage of rural financial development,the rural loan scale,the small credit amount,the continuity of rural financial institutions and the development of rural policy finance,we find that the difficult situation of China's rural finance is becoming increasingly obvious and the backward of rural finance has become the bottleneck of China's new socialist countryside construction.With the overall advancement of rural financial reforms,constructing a sound financial service system for the agriculture,rural areas and farmers should be the approach for the Scientific Development Philosophy to be fulfilled in the rural financial system.
