Abstract
The comprehensive evaluation model was built to evaluate the ornamental values of 30 Cerasus species by AHP method. The results showed that there were 6species at the first rank(≥3.704);10species at the rank ofⅡ(3.361-3.685);10species atⅢ(2.966-3.354);and the number of the forth rank(≤2.887)was only 4.Several species suitable to cultivated in Beijing with high ornamental values were recommended, such as C.serrulatavar.lannesiana ‘Albo-rosea',C.×yedoensis‘Somei-yoshino',C.serrulatavar.lannesiana‘Hisakura',C.spachiana f.ascendens,C.spachiana ‘Pendula'.
