Abstract
As the core of Chinese traditional culture,the thought of “harmony of man with nature”,which originated from Taoism,lays foundation on nature.This implies profound ethics about ecology and management.According to this point of view,it is of great significance to form harmonious relationship between man and nature and modern management model in today's society.
