Abstract
To investigate the expression and clinical significance of Survivin and caspase-3 in laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma. Immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expression levels of Survivin and caspase-3 in 110 cases of laryngeal carcinoma tissues and 20 cases of normal laryngeal tissues. The expression rate of Survivin in laryngeal carcinoma tissue was 71.8% and closely correlated with pathological grade, lymph node metastasis; The expression rates of casepse-3 protein in laryngeal and normal were 26.4% and 90.0%.;Expression of Survivin was negatively related to caspase-3. Survivin is closely related to caspase-3, which might play an important role in expansion and progression of laryngeal carcinoma by inhibiting the activity of caspase-3. it will be the target of gene therapy in laryngeal carcinoma.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
