Abstract

To grasp the developing status and the future research emphasis of creative talents,and to hold lessons to cultivate excellent creative talents,the paper combs and comments the study of domestic and international scholars about connotation,characteristics,the competence,cultivation and present situation in our country of creative talents.Then the paper concludes that the growth environment system,general competency model and competitive power of creative talents are the main research fields in the future.
