On General Education and Cultivation strategies of Creative Talents

Abstract

Characteristics of knowledge economy demands creative talents.Only through the biased professional education,can the cultivation of creative talents not be successful.By analyzing the characteristics of the creative talents,and the relation between the general education and the cultivation of creative talents,the author puts forward the general education which emphasizes the elementary knowledge,all-round development and of attainments humanities is an effective way to the cultivation of creative talents.The author also advances some opinions about the strategies of the general education.
