Abstract
The complexity and variability of teaching activity require that teachers have practical wisdom, which is of the characteristics of dynamic formation, inexplicability and uniqueness, and closely related to but completely different from teaching experience and teaching theory. In teaching activity, it often appears as transcending knowledge impartment, teaching wisdom and unremitting pursuit of self-improvement.
