Three Problems Related to the Conversation between Teachers and Students

This article explores the three problems related to the conversation between teachers and students such as condition, listening and authority. As for condition, there are four elements: true, appropriate, honest, and comprehensible. Regarding listening, there are non-true listening and true listening, and non-true listening includes no-listening, unsound listening, false listening, refusal to listen, wholesale listening, and sympathetic listening. True listening is the need for the dialogue between teachers and students. And on authority, genuine authority is unavoidable.
