Abstract
The quality of service of the Navigation Satellites System is partly depends on the design of navigation constellations.Based on the research of the coverage and positioning dilution of precision(PDOP) of the navigation constellations,the performance of the designed navigation constellation is simulated.Also,it is compared with the existing navigation constellations.Finally,the performance of the constellation under degraded states is analyzed,and the methods to increase the availability are proposed.
