Research on Dilution of Precision Based on GPS and DTMB Combination Navigation

Abstract

In view of the deficiency of location failure caused by single GPS positioning system,considering the advantage of digital television positioning system based on DTMB standard,the integrated navigation positioning method combining GPS and DTMB is presented,the navigation accuracy of multiple source signals in location system is studied,and the change of precision factor in four different scenarios is simulated and analyzed. Theoretical analysis and simulation results prove that DTMB signal improves satellite geometry layout,reduces the dilution of precision value,at the same time,when there is more DTMB signals,the accuracy of curve is more smooth,dilution of precision is about 3. It can satisfy the actual need for precision navigation and positioning.
