Law Application on Procedure Matters of International Sport Arbitration

Abstract
It is the proper application of law and the convincing solution of the disputes that the justice and efficiency of the international sports arbitration relies on.Sports arbitration is regarded as a new mean of the sport disputes resolving,as well as the newly expanded field of arbitration.On one hand,there are lots of similarities can be spotted from the international sports arbitration and the traditional arbitration.On the other hand,original ideas come forth in international sports arbitration consequentially since the particularity of sports.Along the path above mentioned,the author centered law application of procedure,illustrated the international sport arbitration,especial the compulsory arbitration and the traditional arbitration,and analyzed some issues that application of law concerned.
