Clinical diagnostic value of serum cystatin C in early stage of diabetic nephropathy

Abstract

Objective To study the clinical diagnostic value of serum cystatin C(Cys C) level in the early stage of diabetic nephropathy.MethodThe serum Cys C levels of 100 patients with early stage of diabetic nephropathy were detected,also RBP,Sur and Scr were detected,and 100 health check-up individuals were selected as the control group.ResultsThe levels of Cys C,RBP,Sur and Scr in early stage of diabetic nephropathy were significantly higher than those of the control group(P0.01,P0.05,P0.05,P0.05).The level of Cys C was positively correlated with RBP,Sur and Scr(P0.01,P0.01,P0.05).The positive detection rate of serum Cys C in diabetic nephropathy was 64.0%,which was significantly higher than that of serum RBP(53.0%,P0.05),Sur(22.0%,P0.05) and Scr(17.0%,P0.01).ConclusionThe positive detection rate of serum Cys C is higher in early stage of diabetic nephropathy group.The serum Cys C has important diagnostic value in early stage of diabetic nephropathy group.
