Abstract
Objective To dicuss the clinical manifestation of portal vein collateral vessel in cirrhosis CT portal vein angiography,in order to provide reference for clinical diagnosis. Methods 42 patients with cirrhotic portal hypertension treated in our hospital from January 2010 to December 2010 were selected randomly. The clinical data and CT portal vein angiography and three dimensional reconstruction image of portal vein collateral vessel of all patients were analyzed retrospectively. Results Among the 42 patients, the three dimensional reconstruction image of portal vein collateral vessel indicated that there were 34 patients with left gastric varices,21 cases with lower esophageal varicose,18 cases with short gastric vein or retroperitoneal varices and 11 cases with paraesophageal varices. Conclusion CT portal vein angiography can clearly shows the collateral vessel of patients with cirrhotic portal hypertension, which has great significance to diagnose the evaluate the disease of patients.
