Abstract

Objective:Of spiral CT angiography in patients with cirrhosis of the liver late stage diagnosis of portal hypertension.Methods:33 cases of portal hypertension in patients with portal venous CT angiography(CTPV).Results:33 patients were successfully implemented portal vein CTPV,all patients have all portal vein varicose addition to retroperitoneal veins, esophagus around the varicose veins and the azygos vein to expand the main part of the portal vein-hepatic artery fistula and portal vein embolus formation. Conclusion:CTPV of patients with portal hypertension can be displayed in the portosystemic collateral vessels between the varicose of early diagnosis of liver cirrhosis.
