Abstract
Ever since its establishment as a separate province from Guangdong, Hainan has witnessed rapid development with its tourism industry. Nowadays, the revenue from tourism industry constitutes an important part of GDP of the Province, and the local GDP grows increasingly dependent on tourism. Consequently, the impact of tourism on the local economy becomes ever greater than before. Meanwhile, tourism has developed a strong linkage and coordination with the first and tertiary industry of the Province.
