Abstract
Copper, lead and cadmium in Chinese herbal medicine were determinated by flame atomic absorption spectrophotometry(FAAS) or graphit furnace absorption spectrometry(GFAAS)after samples were directly digested. Results showed that the calibration curves were linear in the range of 0~0.8 μg/mL for copper(r=0.996 3),0~80 μg/L for lead(r=0.995 6),0~0.8 μg/L for cadmium(r=0.999 4).The method was suitable for the determination the contents of heavy metals in Chinese herbal medicines, and rapid, simple and sensitive.
