Abstract
Objective To develop a method for the determination of content of copper and zinc in traditional Chinese herbal medicines. Methods Traditional Chinese medicines were digested by mixtures of HNO3 and HClO4 by wet digestion. And the content of Cu and Zn were determined by FAAS. Results The linear range of Cu was 0.05~5.00 μg/mL.The RSD was less than 1.72%(n=5)and the recoveries were 88.47%~94.82%;The linear range of Zn was 0.20~1.20 μg/mL.The RSD was less than 5.60%(n=5),and the recoveries were 88.47%~91.95%. Conclusion It is suitable to be used for the determination of Cu and Zn.
