Abstract
Objective To contrast the application value of CTA and DSA in the diagnosis of intracranial aneurysms. Methods Clinical data of 26 cases with intracranial aneurysms were retrospectively analyzed. All cases were detected by DSA and CTA,with DSA examination results as the gold standard, clinical significance of CTA in diagnosis of intracranial aneurysms was analyzed. Results 32 intracranial aneurysms were detected in 26 cases, and 5 cases had multiple aneurysms.20 aneurysms were found out by CTA,the sensitivity was 62.5%,and 12 aneurysms were missed.Detection results of the maximum tumor diameter and the mean aneurysm neck diameter showed that there was no significant difference between DSA and CTA(P0.05). Conclusion As a non-invasive screening method,CTA in diagnosis of intracranial aneurysm can provide relevant information, and can be used as supplementary for DSA examinations.
