Abstract

Objective To study the diagnostic value of CTA in intracranial aneurysms. Methods 56 patients who were admitted to the hospital and confirmed by surgery with intracranial aneurysms between January 2012 and January 2014 were selected as the research objective. The results of multi-slice spiral CT angiography(CTA) and digital subtraction angiography(DSA) performed on them were retrospectively analyzed and compared, and the value of CTA in the diagnosis of intracranial aneurysms was analyzed.Results 1It was proved by pathological analysis that all 56 patients were positive and 62 aneurysms were found. 2The result of multi-slice spiral CTA showed that 54 patients were with intracranial aneurysms and there were 60 aneurysms, and the accuracy was 96.77%; the result of DSA showed that 54 patients were with intracranial aneurysms and there were 59 aneurysms, and the accuracy was 95.16%. Conclusion There is no obvious difference in the accuracy of CTA and DSA in diagnosis of intracranial aneurysms, but CTA in diagnosis of anatomic structure and other anatomic information of the aneurysms is better than DSA. Therefore, CTA can be used as the first choice for clinical diagnosis of intracranial aneurysms, and it is worthy of clinical application.
