Abstract

The influence facts of industrial upgrading effect derive from the upgrading in product structure,technical structure and industrial structure.Base on that,this paper analyses the industrial upgrading effect in Fujian province,and constructs the evaluation system for it.Then Analytical Hierarchy Process is employed to make analysis and evaluate the industrial upgrading effect in Fujian province.
