Investigation on patients' compliance with rehabilitation training after total hip arthroplasty

【Objective】 To explore the influence on patients' compliance with rehabilitation training after total hip arthroplasty with different care methods.【Methods】 A total of 117 patients' with Implementation of unilateral total hip arthroplasty were chosen from March in 2010 to December in 2011,who were randomly divided into experiment group and control group according to the timing of hospitalization and the patients' willing.In experiment group(n =60),everyone would be given to the guide of comfortable nursing and rehabilitation training,in control group(n =57),everyone would be given to the guide of conventional nursing and rehabilitation training.【Results】 The anxiety scores of being out of hospital and scores of pain after 72 hours of postoperative and hospital stays in experiment group were lower than those of control group,and there were statistical differences between two groups(P 0.01).Compliance with rehabilitation training in experiment group were better than those of control group,and there were statistical differences(P 0.05).【Conclusion】 Comfortable nursing may enhance comfort level of the patients and excite the enthusiasm for rehabilitation training and improve treatment compliance and cut down length of stay.
