The Research on Corporate Governance Structure Based on Human Capital

Abstract
The scholars have researched corporate governance structure from the angle of non-human capital, but the ownership of human capital has made corporate governance structure more complicated. The present writer analyses the significances of the corporate governance structure based on human capital, discusses the pattern of complicated corporate governance structure based on human capital and puts forward the proposals of solving the problems in improving corporate governance structure in China.
