Analysis of the Relationship Between Capital Structure and Corporate Governance

Capital structure is the basis of corporate governance. Different capital structures lead to different corporate governance mechanisms。Based on the study of the relationship between capital structure and corporate governance,this paper have expounded governance effects of equity financing and debt financing,put forward the capital structure of reasonable establishment for reducing agency costs. And according to corporate governance problem of our country have put forward suggestion.
