Construction schedule plan is an important basis for the production of the construction unit,and also a reference for the procurement of materials,labor plan and other economic activities.It starts from construction unit obtaining design drawings and beginning construction preparation,and ends with project completion and bringing into use.Construction schedule plan management refers to the establishment,the implementation and the supervision of construction schedule plan.This paper discusses the establishment and the management of construction schedule plan in detail.
