On the management of construction schedule in project management

Abstract
In light of the importance of construction schedule management in project construction,the author introduces the target and guiding ideology of construction project schedule management,discusses its principle,analyzes the factors influenced construction project schedule,and proposes the measures to control the schedule,in order to achieve prospective economic,social and environmental benefits of capital investment.
