Strategies to Accelerate the Transfer of Surplus Rural Labor in ShanXi——From the Angle of Developing Rural Higher Vocational and Technology Education

Low professional skill quality of rural labor in Shanxi restricts the transfer of surplus rural labor.Rural higher vocational and technological education can raise professional skill quality of rural labor,enhance the stability of labor transfer,and increase rustic income,and accordingly it is a valid approach to accelerate the transfer of surplus rural labor.This paper analyzes the actuality of rural labor and its transfer in Shanxi,as well as its problems,and puts forward strategies to develop higher vocational and technological education in rural areas so as to accelerate the transfer of surplus rural labor.
