Abstract
【Objective】To study the related factors and the precaution on PPROM. 【Methods】The clinical date of 499 cases with preterm premature ruputure of membrane were analyzed retrorespectively. 【Results】 The case with PPROM of different gestational age had the different neonatal outcome. The RDS, asphyxia and death in the group less than 34 gestation age was significantly higher than other group. The most common factors related the PPROM were vaginitis (33.9%), premature delivery and miscarriage (27.3%), multifetation (14.7%), breech presentation (5.9%), gestational hypertension (2.4%). 【Conclusion】The detection and treatment to the case with some related factor of PPROM can decrease the incidence of premature labor.
