On Poetics and the Creation of Poeticalness

The word comes from Aristotle's Poetics and since Baumgarten's Aesthetik its study has largely been replaced by aesthetics and criticism. In recent years, the traditional concept of has been used widely in study and criticism in China and it seems to have the possibility of replacing literary aesthetics. In the study of poetics, it is important to study the origins of knowledge and epistemology against the relevant academic backgrounds. It will be meaningless if the concept of knowledge and other related concepts remain un-clarified. There does not exist an ontological or a priori poetics or poeticalness but a concrete and contingent creation of poeticalness as well as the discourse system in terms of epistemology.
