Abstract

Based on the evaluation of the allocation efficiency of science and technology resources, allocation efficiency is analyzed quantitatively. By means of statistics package for social science, data reduction and classification, the allocation efficiency of science and technology resources of Hebei's 11 cities are analyzed. The main impediment to distribute science and technology resources is found. In order to provide foundation for policy about optimize the allocation of science and technology resources.
