Abstract
Objective To investigate the role of Caspase-3 in the pathogenesis of Multiple myeloma and its clinical significance.MethodsImmunohistochemistical methods were adopted to examine expressions of Caspase-3 in 28 cases with Multiple myeloma and 10 cases with normal marrow tissue.Results36%of positive expression rate was found in Multiple myeloma, which significantly lower than 70%in normal marrow tissue,P0.05.There were significantly differences between β2 microglobulin and lactate dehydrogenase levels in Caspase-3 positive expression and that in negative expression,P0.05.ConclusionDecreasing of Caspase-3 expression and the incidence of multiple myeloma and the prognosis are closely related.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Application details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
